Volar is an advisor and broker for commercial property in Northern Norway, with offices in Bodø, Tromsø and Alta.
We help owners, investors and businesses with transactions, valuation, advisory and leasing.
Volar is the same team that previously ran Advanti Estate and advantiestate.no, under a new name. The knowledge base and tools from there now live at Volar.
In 2025 we completed 47 assignments. Each has one advisor who follows it from the first call to closing, and you hear from us by the next working day.
